Artist's Description
Two horses and a mule are enjoying, or finishing, eating at historic Longstreet Farm in Holmdel Park, Holmdel, New Jersey, while snow is falling. Holmdel Park was established in 1962 as a 565 acre year-round recreation facility that is managed by the Monmouth County Parks System. Longstreet Farm is a living history museum that replicates agricultural life in the 1890s.

For the past thirty years I have been exploring the many ways photography can be creatively used to record the beauty and interesting qualities of our world. Macro and landscape constitute the largest bodies of my work. Most of all I enjoy bringing out unique interpretations of common objects and scenes that might be missed by casual observation.
