For the past thirty years I have been exploring the many ways photography can be creatively used to record the beauty and interesting qualities of our world. Macro and landscape constitute the largest bodies of my work. Most of all I enjoy bringing out unique interpretations of common objects and scenes that might be missed by casual observation. What a beautiful image Gary. Good strong shapes and I really like the way the metal is shimmering in the sunlight and set against the blue sky just makes it 'pop', Wendy

I love the way this metal staircase seems to be floating in the air and either going no place or going on forever! There's always something especially graceful about spiral stairs and your presentation here really sets that off. This was one of my two pod's in the Best of Minimalism group for November 18. Pinning to my Staircases board.
Gary Slawsky replied:
Thank you Nikolyn!
