For the past thirty years I have been exploring the many ways photography can be creatively used to record the beauty and interesting qualities of our world. Macro and landscape constitute the largest bodies of my work. Most of all I enjoy bringing out unique interpretations of common objects and scenes that might be missed by casual observation. I've said it before and I'll probably say it again, Gary - you find the BEST street and parking lot graphic designs! I especially love the strong X that marks the spot here as well as the implication that the lines go on forever, both due to the perspective and composition you selected. This is one of my Picks of the Day in the Best of Minimalism in Photography group for February 5.
Gary Slawsky replied:
Thanks Nikolyn! I really appreciate detailed comments particularly when they come from an accomplished artist such as you.
Denise Clark
