Description
A 1950s era record player that has the capability to play vinly records at 8 RPM (see speed selector at bottomm left corner). This slow speed was all that was needed to play back voice recordings of newspaper and magazine articles that were recorded for the blind.

Ohhh the good ole days. I remember playing records, however, not at 8 RPM. Neat capture!

Thanks Robert. Check bottom left corner for speed settings and notice that in addition to 33 rpm records this set plays 8 rpm speech records that were made for the blind.
