Early morning low angle sun projects the shadow of a nearby streetlamp on a moving train. The moving train creats and interesting abstract background for the scene.
For the past thirty years I have been exploring the many ways photography can be creatively used to record the beauty and interesting qualities of our world. Macro and landscape constitute the largest bodies of my work. Most of all I enjoy bringing out unique interpretations of common objects and scenes that might be missed by casual observation. Terrific shadow play and subtle movement. Nice capture. The curlicues of the decorative street light contrast nicely with the horizontals. My Pick of the Day for the Best of Minimalism in Photography group for October 16.
